Tax Deductibility Notice

The Pass Christian Neighborhood Initiative (PCNI) is a local, community-led initiative under The Gulf Coast Community Foundation (GCCF), a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. For any contributions made in connection with a fundraising event, ticket purchase, raffle, or merchandise sale in which goods or services are provided, the tax-deductible portion of the contribution is limited to the amount paid in excess of the fair market value of the goods or services received. Donors are responsible for determining the tax-deductible amount of their contributions in consultation with their tax advisor.
